Just Started - rebounding exercise (mini trampoline)

I've just started my weight loss journey and have about 30kg to lose. I've just bought myself a rebounder and was wondering if there was anyone that also uses one that could suggest some good rebounding workout video's or online plans (free if possible). thanks :smile:

    I don't have my rebounder yet, but while I've been waiting for it to arrive I've been checking out videos on YouTube. Try searching Bellicon, AngieFitness, BeFit, or Rebound Fit Inc.

    How has the rebounding been going for you guys? I ordered one July 6th and it will finally be here next week. I can't wait. I was using the big one out in my yard lol, but I wanted the comfort of my house. I'm looking forward to being able to have the AC, music, YouTube, and more importantly, not being self conscious that one of my neighbors will see me.
