I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day, mainly healthy foods, almost cut out sugar may have the odd square of chocolate, working out everyday with variety of exercise from a run to HIIT at home (on average 15/20 minutes) drink at least 2 litres of water a day and yet 2 weeks in and scales have not budged. Any advise would be appreciated.

Are you using a digital food scale? Do you weigh and measure everything you eat and drink? Many people slip up here. Is exercise new for you? New exercise can cause water retention at first. Then, the time of month for women causes water retention. Also what are your stats--height, weight, age, and how much did you tell MFP you want to lose a week? The answer to all these questions will help you solve your problem.5
