    I am 59 and live in Minnesota. I have lost 62 pounds since last August. My goal is 28 more pounds. I hope we can support each other. If you would like to friend me on MFP...I would be open to that.

    Hi!
    I am based in the UK and have a total of 75 lbs to lose. I have lost just over 40 so far but more to go!
    I am a similar age... old enough to know better 🤣
    Weight loss doesn’t come easy but logging those meals does work. Maths will be your friend.
