strawberry cheescake ice cream
I use my Ninja chopper blender, but I am sure it would work with regular blender too!
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp ff sf cheescake pudding mix
1 packet splenda
BLEND and top with crushed low fat honey graham cracker
So good that even my kids love it!! Makes 2 servings for only 62 calories

            That sounds so good !
I also tried this in a pinch for a snack - as I cheesecake and also greek yogurt ! cheesecake and also greek yogurt !
If you want a snack.......I mix 1/2 cup of non-fat (0%) plain greek yogurt with a sprinkle (about 1 tsp or to taste) of sugar free cheesecake jello pudding mix..........It tastes a lot like a real cheesecake and then you can sprinkle your crushed graham cracker in it too 0 0
