You can do any cardio that your body can tolerate. I would advice to practice good load management and add load reasonably as your body adapts.
Examples that may be suitable for you are rowing machine, walking, assault bike, skiing, eliptical, golf, handbike, kayaking, martial arts, tennis, etc...
I would also like to add that cardio will not by itself help you lose weight if you are not in a caloric deficit.
Also I would strongly suggest to incorporate resistance training at least twice a week as it has great benefits. One extending life by up to 11% compared to cardio alone.1 -
I only have arthritis in one of my knees- I invested in a brace and its made a world of difference in my workouts for things like squats that used to cause a flair.

Concept2 SkiErg. One of these things can be used standing or seated. If you can find one to use, it's a great cardio option for you.

Just to remind you, if the goal is to lose weight, you must cut back your calorie intake.
For a variety of reasons, it is difficult to exercise off pounds. It can be a part of a dieting effort. But not the main part.
I am sure you have heard that, and know it, already.
Swimming is an excellent workout that is easy on the knees, as previously mentioned. In swimming freestyle, for example, about 70 percent of your propulsion forward comes from the arms. The kick helps keep you horizontal in the water, which makes you more efficient. But it need not be highly vigorous, if you are worried about that.
The exercise bike is great too, because you can make the pedaling as easy as you need to and watch television (or have whatever distraction) while you do it.2 -
Thank for the info guys. I really appreciate it.0

Swimming is the least stress on knees. I have bad pain in both knees. Losing weight did help but I still have the pain. I walk a lot. Can’t really run as it’s too much on the knees. I take anti inflammatory after working out to ease the pain.0

Perhaps for certain people and I'm glad it works for you.
Swimming isn't the least stressful on knees for everyone because we all are individuals and respond differently.
For me swimming is extremely painful on my knees as well as feet. Cycling is a bit rough on my knees as well. Yet running is fine when coupled with my training.
