MY SUCCESS STORY

I TRULY STARTED MY JOURNEY ORIGINALLY THE SUMMER OF LAST YEAR. I STARTED WALKING AROUND THE PARK IN MY AREA THE LENGTH AROUND THE ENTIRE PARK IS 1.5 MILES I WAS WALKING IT 2 TIMES IN THE MORNING AND 2 TIMES IN THE EVENING. MY STARTING WEIGHT WAS 276 POUNDS. I DIDN'T CHANGE MY EATING AND I LOST 25 POUNDS DOING SO. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DID NOT KEEP IT UP AND THE GOOD THING WAS THAT I DID NOT GAIN THOSE POUNDS BACK. THIS YEAR STARTING IN MARCH I DECIDED I WANTED TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE AND INCORPORATE EATING HEALTHIER WITH EXERCISE. I STARTED MY WALKING AGAIN AND I JOINED THE GYM ( I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE GYM BUT I AM WORKING ON THIS STILL). I STILL AM WORKING ON EATING HEALTHIER BUT I AM EATING HEATHIER THAN I WAS. (ONE DAY AT A TIME IT GETS BETTER). I HAVE BEEN WALKING THESE POUNDS OFF MOSTLY BUT HEY, WHATEVER WORKS. AS OF TODAY, I AM 234.2 POUNDS WHICH MEANS THAT I HAVE LOST 22 POUNDS SINCE MARCH WITH A COUPLE OF MONTHS OFF BECAUSE I HAD GOTTEN SICK IN APRIL AND DID NOT START BACK UNTIL THE END OF JUNE WHERE I STARTED TO GO HARD!!! I AM REALLY ENJOYING THIS TOO. I REALLY GET UPSET WHEN I DON'T EXERCISE AND WHEN I KNOW I AM NOT EATING HEALTHY. LIKE YESTERDAY, I DID NOT EAT ANYTHING BUT STARCH YESTERDAY AND WAS UPSET. IN MY OTHER LIFE, IT WOULDN'T HAVE BOTHERED ME A BIT -- NSV I CALL THAT. I HAVE MORE ENERGY--NSV THAT IS AS WELL. SOMETIMES I FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY MY CLOTHES FIT AND HOW I LOOK -- NSV AS WELL. BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE, SOMETIMES I JUST SEE NOTHING -- I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT'S ABOUT BUT ANYWAY, THIS IS MY SUCCESS STORY FOR THE MOMENT, THERE WILL BE MORE TO COME I AM SURE BECAUSE I AM DOWN 47 POUNDS THAT IS NEARLY HALF OF THE HUNDRED POUNDS THAT I WANT TO LOSE. I HAVE 53 MORE POUNDS TO GO AND I WILL BE AT MY ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT. THAT IS SUCCESS TO ME BECAUSE I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IN A MILLION YEARS THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT WITHOUT HAVING SURGERY, WITHOUT THE HELP FROM DIET PILLS -- WHICH I NEVER SEEMED TO FINISH BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TAKING PILLS SO HOW DUMB WAS THAT TO EVEN PURCHASE THEM. JUST PLAIN WASTEFUL!!!!! LOL BUT THAT ONLY TELLS ME THAT I DID WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT JUST WAS NOT READY AT THE TIME. I NOW KNOW THAT WITH HARD WORK AND DEDICATION I CAN AND WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT THAT MY HEART DESIRES. I WANT TO ALSO TAKE THIS TIME OUT TO THANK ALL OF MY FITNESS FAMILY FOR THEIR SUPPORT BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE THAT IT IS BECAUSE I FOUND THIS SITE THAT I AM REALIZING THAT I CAN IN FACT LOSE WEIGHT TOO. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! YOU GUYS ARE TRULY AWESOME. SORRY THAT I DO NOT HAVE PICTURES I WILL REALLY HAVE TO DIG AND FIND SOME OLDER PICTURES. WHEN YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THAT YOU LOOK, YOU REALLY DONT TAKE TOO MANY. I PROMISE I WILL LET YOU GUYS SEE PICTURES WHEN I FIND THEM AND TAKE ONE OF ME NOW. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF, BUT I STILL AM NOT IN THE PICTURE TAKING STAGE. WHAT? DON'T JUDGE ME I AM STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. LOL. THE PICTURE I HAVE UP IS FROM MY FAMILY REUNION THAT I WENT TO ON AUGUST 20TH SO THAT IS REALLY RECENT.

    Your story was inspiration. i was weight about 252 on last june. i want to do something than sitting on couch, i walked 5-6 times as weeks for 1hours - 1hrs 30min now i weight 228lbs. you must keep it up otherwise you will regret if you didn't follow your heart xx
