Hello, everyone. I am looking for friends on here. I am thinking maybe we can hold each other accountable. Since August 2018, I’ve gained about 95 pounds from “eating my feelings.” Unfortunately, my mom died at 53 unexpectedly, and I coped with food. Well... I want to take control over my life again. Here’s to a healthier and happier me ....!!

I'm sorry for the loss of your mom.
I'm currently trying to lose about 70 lbs, and to not feel so overwhelmed by a large number I'm focusing on losing 10-15 lbs at a time. And, setting additional goals.
Lots of good luck!2 -
Thank you so much! I appreciate you!0

Hello,
I lost my mom and gained 200 pounds, struggled to take it off over 1000 days. Got to my goal and lost my best friend of 35 years and gained almost all of it back and now am losing it again. I have about 70 pounds left.
I know it sounds scary, but you can do it.
Feel free to send me a friends request.
Fair warning I have no filter but will always be supportive0
