Do you have a medical reason for cutting wheat out of your diet?1

my personal feelings are that many wheat products are not great for your health in the way that too much ice cream is not great for your health. I think that cutting back on simple carbs will do a few things for you: 1) You will more easily control your calorie intake, since we tend to eat large portions of simple carbs 2) You will save room for other nutritionally dense foods on your plate, like veggies and 3) you will appreciate them more when you have them. If you're going to eat bread... eat delicious, fresh bread. Taste it. Enjoy it.
Don't deprive yourself of anything.1 -
Totally woo if you don't have a medical condition that makes you sick when eating wheat.6

If you want to try going wheat and/or gluten free if you have some symptoms of bloating or GI issues, there is no reason not to run a 30+ day experiment.3

Do you have any symptoms which could be related to gluten intolerance and/or have you been tested for this, OP?1
