Typical Ectomorph

I weigh 109 lbs, I set my goal to 125 to be closer to achieving it and I’ll gradually increase to 150 from there. I’ve been researching on nutrition, training and the science of gaining and losing weight for years now but it’ll be the first time I actually put myself to commit to eating in a caloric surplus consistently for 12 weeks straight. I weighed 104 lbs about 3 months ago, It’ll be life changing putting on fat for the first time! I plan on making nutrition my priority. Wish me luck
