Leg day! Squats specifically.1
-
Barbell hip thrusts2
-
Indoors: good old deadlift. Outdoors: cycling. I just wish I lived in a warmer climate so the season wasn’t as limited.1
-
Bench press. Always bench press1
-
Rowing, in boats, the skinny ones like in the Olympics (only mine is slow). But I can't do it now, because the boathouse is closed until after the coronavirus lockdown. I'm rowing machining and doing other things at home but It. Is. Just. Not. The. Same.
Sigh.3 -
There is so much great yoga on YouTube. I am really enjoying it during the quarantine. Otherwise I would say group fitness with loud music, and a heavy bass line, like Jazzercise.0

weight lifting: curls, either by dumbbell or curl bar
cardio: mountain biking outdoors or spinning indoors0 -
# 3) trail running
# 2) push ups/planks
# 1) Dancing. Always0 -
Exercise:
1. Renegade Rows
2. Side planks with leg lift
3. Burpees with a push up
Activities:
1: Brisk walking on a trail
2: Step aerobics
3: Bodyweight work & using resistance bands (tie)4 -
I love walking and hiking! Especially early in the morning, and in new neighborhoods.0
-
Gym: VersaClimbers (full body cardio)
Home: Aqua bag (functional weightlifting)
Biking, for me, is more meditation than exercise 🚴🏿♀️0 -
Currently my deadlift, because it is crisp.
I consider it my weakest lift but oddly it's the one I hold the most records in the USAPL. Perhaps I just see the most wiggle room for improvement in the dead.1 -

Hip thrusts and deadlifts.
Also, for home exercises, I really am enjoying kneeling squats.0 -
I just did an online barre class which consisted of 30 minutes of various slow and controlled squats and leg lifts. My legs are shaking!0
-
Posture work - like rows, chin tucks, hip thrusts0
-
Mine are less typical. Ring Fit Adventure (a game), laser tag, and treadmill.1
