Hi,
I’m new/returning here. I made some progress outside of MFP but then life happened and I lost track. Again. So back to it!
I’m currently working out the best plan to undertake that I can be consistent with long term. But eating healthily in the meantime while deciding
Hoping logging my diet and progress here will keep me motivated & can meet some people with similar goals!
