Hello. I'm brand new to this website and hoped that I could get some support from people!
I'm 19 and a college sophmore. I had a great year last year, losing almost thirty pounds. I have always been on the heavier side, and have recently become more comfortable in my body. The reason why I joined this site is because I need that extra push to lose the rest of the weight that I want off. My goal is to be comfortable in a swim suit by summer. The rest of my friends have great bodies and I want to be able to feel great next to them at the pool or beach. I have bad eating habits, having that nasty tendency to eat when I'm bored.
If anyone has any great fitness tips (I HATE going to the gym), it would be greatly appreciated. Also, some easy to cook and healthy meals.
