I have recalculated my body fat.. my biceps and legs are smaller, but my body fat is higher by 0.14% ????? I used 2 different calculator from 2 different website, but both of them are showing same %. My legs are biceps are 0.5 inch smaller, but BF% is higher, is that normal???

Obviously. If your arms are smaller compared to your waist, it is going to think you have less lean body mass (aka more truncal obesity and less muscle). So it will calculate that you have higher body fat %. You can lose weight from muscle too! Take that formula with a grain of salt. If you are losing weight, CONGRATS! Don't worry about that stupid percentage right now. Keep on losing, remember to weight train and you will see the results. A number is just that - a number. Nothing more, nothing less.

It would appear you've lost muscle mass. Not uncommon in dieters if you don't do enough strength training. Start pumping a little iron so you don't lose any more :)
