Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped fresh snow peas
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon chopped cashews
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger. Stir in the chicken, peas, pepper and sesame seeds. Serve over lettuce leaves; sprinkle with cashews.
Yield: 2 servings.

When I make Oriental salads I often add some broccoli slaw or cabbage slaw from the produce dept for added veggies. You usually don't need to increase the dressing.0 -

Well I love getting new recipes.
My daughter is in the office with me I showed her your bunny pictures she asked how many bunnies do you have? She love animals and has raised ducks for the last few years.0 -

I don't own any.... after a bunny chasing experience at my fiance's house this summer I probably never will! :laugh: His family has..... well... a lot.0 -
They are cute but I do have to admit we have said no to bunnies plenty of times in the past.0

I'll think about it... lots of complaints about too many recipes (not you Shannon).
My only complaint is that I ran out of the clear sleeves (for regular size sheets of paper) to put my recipes in when I put them in my notebook. :bigsmile:0 -

I know how that goes.
I have thousands of recipes, more health focused/directed since that pertains to here.
I don't even print them anymore cause there are so many. Which means I lose a lot of em cause I forget to copy them into Word.
I don't DO "diet" food... so I find recipes so people can eat healthy and still have variety. It's a hobby and a service (which I LOVE to offer), if it's not wanted I can keep em to myself. (Sorry kinda annoyed... not by you guys).0 -
