Nose Bleeds

Not sure if this goes here but at this point my nose has started bleeding a few times while exercising and I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I be concerned and tell a doctor or does anyone know of things that could possibly help.

    Personally I would go to a doctor, you are bleeding and while one person could have a nose bleed from maybe being too dry, you could have a serious medical condition and shouldnt shrug it off based on a stranger getting one also
