You can add me too, been on a 1200 calorie plan since mid Jan , lost 21 lbs but have now plateud for the last 3 weeks, it’s so frustrating .added more exercise and been told to up my calorie intake a bit so I’m doing 1300 calories now to see If that works0

How are we all doing? I am back after an unnecessary pandemic anxiety induced free for all. Damage was not too bad (4 pound gain). I started sometime last year at 204 lbs and am now 184, however MFP has just reduced my calorie goal from 1370 to 1220. Is this what others have seen? There goes my evening snack! I am trying to up my exercise to make up for it, but it was tough to keep calories to 1370 before. More veggies here I come!0
