The past couple of weeks, I've been having some homemade granola. But my most frequent breakfast is leftovers from the previous night's dinner. I like savory food for breakfast and you can't beat something that you already made!

I drink black coffee most days. I am not a big breakfast eater (unless breakfast arrives after 11 in the morning).

Coffee. Then I think about what I might want to eat. Sometimes I like a cinnamon graham cracker with my coffee...a go to bf for me might be Greek yogurt with fruit.

I'm mainly eating brunch instead of breakfast or lunch, and it's usually leftovers. Side effect of having a more flexible schedule and access to my kitchen all day.

Back when I ate breakfast before leaving the house for work I would alternate through a smoothie (mine have plenty of veg, some protein, some healthy fat like avocado and/or nuts/seeds), vegetable omelet, or oats.

Oatmeal with plain Greek yogurt, frozen (thawed) mixed berries, hemp seed, milled flax seed, walnuts, cinnamon, blackstrap molasses. Side of coffee with hot mile (x2), side of iced matcha with lemon or lime wedge.

Back in the olden days when I was leaving the house ( ), I worked out earlier in the mornings, either on-water rowing or spin class, most of the time. Before rowing, I ate Ezekiel pita with peanut butter, and kefir. Before spin, a "Coco Lite Pop Cake" (a crunchy tortilla-sized cracker-ish thing) was substituted for the pita. (Didn't need as many carbs/calories for spin as rowing.)

I eat different things. Sometimes toast with jam, Nocciolata, or peanut butter, fruit smoothie or green smoothie, cooked potatoes with veggies and avocado, cereal or oatmeal, rarely eggs. I always have tea.

It depends. Sometimes I'm not hungry so it's just coffee. Sometimes I'm lazy do it's a quick sandwich or yesterday's leftovers. Sometimes I feel creative and experiment with recipes. Sometimes I wake up wanting something specific, so I have that. Breakfast is my most inconsistent meal of the day. It can be anywhere between 0-1000 calories and it can have anything from "quickly grab some chocolate and coffee" to "spend an hour cooking".

About 5 days a week: Oatmeal, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar, with coffee
Other days: cold cereal with a banana and coffee OR scrambled eggs and coffee

When I was working at the office my breakfast generally consisted of coffee with creamer when I first sat down at my desk (6:30ish) and then later on either greek yogurt and fruit or a protein shake (8:30/9ish).

Now that I'm at home it's generally just coffee and creamer, I'm waking up later and the coffee is usually enough to hold me over until lunchtime now that I'm not moving quite as much. The few days I HAVE randomly wanted breakfast (usually days I ended up waking up super early), it's been eggs and either bacon or Morningstar sausage.

Weekdays are either- 1/3 c oatmeal, scoop of protein powder, and fruit or greek yogurt and fruit, sometimes protein powder.

Weekends- sunny side eggs and toast.

I typically have 1-2 cups of coffee before eating tho.

Cereal: Shredded wheat or Kelloggs All Bran topped with banana / blueberries or banana / prunes. The juice of 1kg of carrots most breakfasts. A cup of Twinnings English Breakfast Tea. In winter I eat porridge with blueberries and a little honey.

Tbh I don’t eat breakfast. If I do, it’s gonna be a mini gateorade (I drink the full sugar kind, shame on me...hate the zero calorie ones) or a coffee with 15 cals of cream.

I start off my day with just water. My first mid - late morning meal consist of:

1 or 2 servings of fruit

    And one of the following:

    - A high calorie protein smoothie
    - 1 homemade blueberry protein Belgian waffle
    - French toast
    - 2 servings of cereal
    - Rolled oats (I put together my own packets on meal prep day)
    - Some type of eggs (veggie omelette, boiled, scrambled, a breakfast taco or a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin)

My first meal was a combo of breakfast and lunch: 2 slices Angelic sprouted raisin toast with a tbs of peanut butter and on the side an assortment of cheeses and crackers with dried apricots and dried cherries. I wanted volume in my first meal today instead of toast at 9 and cheese and crackers with fruit at 12. So I settled in the middle for brunch at 11:30ish

Most days it's oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon, maple syrup & peanut butter.........sounds kind of gross when I type it out but it's delicious.
