While we are all coping with COVID, naturally many of us are turning to comfort foods. I'm curious: what are your go-to feel-good comfort foods?

I'm discovering it's ice cream lol. If you would've asked me before March, I probably would've said something else because ice cream actually isn't my favorite dessert.1

I find comfort in baking, so I guess anything I can bake has been comfort food. It's really been a struggle not to bake all the time with the whole stay at home thing and calories. Also wine and ice cream for sure!2

Same. Right now my go to is ice cream. In a couple months it will probably be something different. I am thinking about trying a couple yogurt bark recipes, it looks like a delicious frozen treat.

My "feel good" foods are meat, full-fat dairy and vegetables. Comfort food... brownies, enchiladas and lasagana!1 -
I'd say my feel-good food on a good day is a hearty bowl of chicken noodle soup. On a hot day, sweetened greek yogurt.
Now, on a day where I just need comfort, definitely macaroni and cheese and moosetracks ice cream.1 -
Cabbage rolls, stuffed zucchini, grape leaf rolls. Thankfully all of them are time consuming to prepare, so we don't make them too often. Foods I have overeaten because everyone in the house has a sudden urge to make is baked goods.1

Chili
Pasta
Beef stew
My aunt's Swiss Chicken (chicken baked with swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, sherry, and topped with stuffing.)1 -

Same. I have been baking something every day since I was furloughed; some successful, some not. I've tried biscuits on 4 different occasions and they were terrible every time. Today I made a Depression Cake, or Covid Cake as my son is calling it. We'll have it for dessert with a berry sauce that I also made.1 -

I used a mini bread pan to make it and keep portion sizes in check. ^-^ and added lots of wheat germ instead if bread crumbs.0 -

Yes, if we're talking savory, then a good grilled cheese sandwich (has to be on cheap white bread with Kraft American, and cooked in lots of butter) and Campbell's tomato soup is tops. That's been my go-to comfort since childhood.0
