    ^^ and there are cereals like SmartBran or "powders" (in brackets because it's not actually a powder and is more like small flakes).

    Also, reducing the amount of processed food you eat in a week may help too.

    I do not understand why everyone does not eat dried prunes. They are sweeter than just about anything, have incredible mouth feel and are one of the top fiber sources. I can't have enough of them.

    I also enjoy prunes. Not everyone does, though. What's funny is: I don't care for plums. Raisins/Grapes is the opposite. I like grapes, but think raisins are icky.

    You can also buy fiber supplements, which are made from psyllium husks...like Metamucil.

    I eat so many plants I have to be careful not to get more than 60g...which is my discomfort spot.

    Other than in some tagine dishes, I like whole fruit more than dried and don't have an issue getting enough fiber.

    I eat steel cut oats with cooked apple for breakfast and a huge mixing bowl salad for lunch with a cup of beans or lentils, I'm usually double daily fiber after lunch and over in most vitamins. Still eat more veg with dinner.

    @MaltedTea

    Please be advised that just 1/2 cup of navy beans contains 76mg of oxalates.

    That being said, plant based proteins are a healthier choice to concerns in regards to oxalates.

    Therefore......

    Whew, my anxiety was making a comeback catching up on this thread! Maybe I shouldn't mention I bought a jumbo bag of spinach to mix with my spring green mix as it was on sale!

    I use psyllium husk powder. I still eat a ton of veg but I wanted my fiber a little higher. I have noticed I have less cravings too 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Chia seeds are great. They are very high in fibre. I have a tablespoon in my blueberries and yoghurt in the morning. Pears and apples are also high. Baked potato with skin on etc.

    I use Mission Carb Balance whole wheat tortillas. One only has 70 calories and a whopping 15g of fiber. I eat one daily for a wrap, taco or just plain to ensure I meet my daily fiber needs

    also just note that you may be consuming more fiber than you think - as quite often its missing from food entries
