I just made the most amazing steak salad made with NY Strip steak cooked med rare! Spinach for bedding, cucumber, tomato, onion, organic salsa, and franks hot sauce as wetness! Pefection!
Im sorry i dont have a write out recipe, but all the ingerdents i played by ear, SOOOOOOOOOOO Good i had to share!

That does sound yummy! I would have to leave out the onion, though.....they tend to trigger my reactive airway (I know, it's weird....).0
