    Sometimes I feel alone after midnight... that's when I go through my contact list and text "hey what's up" to people who I think may answer.

    I'm not technically alone, but it's times like a global crisis when you miss certain people more than before. When you worrry about them, but have no way to check on them, and wonder if they are wondering about you, too. When you miss them way down deep in your guts and it almost hurts.
    And then you remember that you're not supposed to look up exes or give yourself bangs. Both of which I feel like I must do...but would regret later....

    Alone? Yes. That's just the way it it!

    Isolation and (anti)social distancing create a state of being alone.

    Working at home is nothing new, but I now cannot see or touch (hugs matter). Just a literal state of 'alone'. C'est la vie!

    But, perhaps the more important question for me would be "Anyone feel lonely?". Loneliness is harder than being alone - you can be lonely even if you are not alone.

    We all do at times - but tomorrow is a new day and you may feel different and if not the next day - loneliness doesn’t last forever although at the time it feels that way
