Your goal is to lose roughly 23 lbs a month? Are you under the care of a doctor who is monitoring your diet?

This is a recipe for failure. You need to readjust your goals as this is completely unhealthy.

Hi guys thanks for response. I know sounds little crazy but I just want to loose as much as I can in 5 months that’s why I set the bar so high. I’m a ex basketball player in middle school, high school and also professional clubs. So I do have support back ground. At the moment I’m walking 70 km per week which is 17 km per day 4 times a week roughly. So will se how it will end thanks for response again πŸ™

Trying to do this (I said "trying" because it's not going to work) will mean losing lots of muscle. Is that what you want? Ex athletes tend to live in the past. Losing 115 lbs should be done the right way. Stay safe.

I lost 50 lbs. in roughly 7 months, or approximately 1.5 lbs. per week. I maintained nearly all of my muscle mass, as I could lift as much or more weight with my resistance exercises. I followed the plan, ate at a reasonable deficit and exercised 60 to 90 minutes a day. Would it be so bad to lose 35 to 40 lbs. in 5 months the healthy way? I've done so many crash diets in the past, just like you are trying. I would lose a considerable amount of weight, at the expense of my health and quality of life. Then I would gain it all back, because I had never learned how to eat right, how to LIVE right, in the process of my weight loss. Just something to consider, my friend.

You'd have to be in a calorie deficit of about 3,000 PER DAY on top of your BMR to achieve this. I don't know about you, but that's like eating nothing to try to achieve that.
