Anyone have this scale? How accurate is this thing?
I just got it and stepped on it for the first time after eating and working out all day. I know that is bad but wanted to set it up. Apparently I'm 38 percent muscle , 31% fat , 5% visceral fat but like % 13.2 for obesity says underneath the number "overweight" ? I know all these numbers are off especially since its middle of the day but how can I be overweight if I'm technically not? Lol my body age is apparently 35 which isn't that far off from 31 so that's good.

The body impedance measurements for all consumer scales are very inaccurate. It doesn't matter what time of day, or how expensive the scale is, the feature is measuring the electrical resistance through your skin and running that through a function that looks up statistical table value to display.
Use this for 'entertainment' or very very rough estimates, don't rely on anything else than the weight measurement.
