Just trying low carb. What do you eat to add fiber to your diet?

Vegetables, avocado, nuts and seeds (some seeds are reasonably high), and black soy beans. I'm not low carb anymore, but when I was. Depending on how low carb you are raspberries too.2

Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix by Keto and Co is a great low carb mix i just tried out yesterday, has 5 grams of fiber with 2 net carbs per 2 pancakes serving. (150 cal when prepared)
if you are not on a very low carb diet, my quick go to when i need it is:
poop like a champion cereal which is great for using as croutons/in yogurt. a 30gram serving = 16 grams of fiber with 9 net carbs. (120 cals).1 -
I get a lot of my fiber from berries and avocado. But you can use things like quest bars too0
