Another cycle of weight loss

Hi,
I am Colleen aged 65 from Central Victoria Australia, back to dieting and excercising after having many of these cycles of weight loss and gain. I have tried Duromine unsuccessfully and now am trying to get the mindset of making this a habit to eat and exercise well. Any tips hints will be gratefully accepted.

    Hello! I’m Mel I’m from Victoria too!! I’ll add you and we can encourage eachother with what foods ect!! It’ll be good too as we have the same supermarkets :) nice to meet you :)
