Hi everyone!
Its been more than 18 months since my first born arrirved and i think finally i have found the will to get back on the journey to be fit. Have a long way to go, currently weigh 230 lbs (103 kg). After months and months of being completely carefree of what i eat and not doing any exercise, in the last one week i have started getting a grip on these. My current motivation to lose weight is to be able to play with my son without this horrible feeling of breathlessness and lethargy.🙂

I'm greeshma, 30 from India. I think i might not have a relatable diary to many but sitll would love to have some friends to travel together on this. Thank u

Hi, my baby is only 3 weeks old but I need accountability to be able to lose the weight. My first 2 weeks is just logging whatever I eat. That is what I am currently doing. This stops me from just popping food in my mouth with out thinking and making me realise what things "cost". Once I have done that, I will work on reducing actual amounts. I find once I know I have to weigh and write down, it makes me think more about what I am putting in my mouth.

Hi Greeshma, epdi irukinga? I’m a tamil too. I’m glad to see a fellow Tamilian here on MFP. Feel free to discuss your weight loss questions, goals and journey with me. I would be glad to help. I’ve sent you a Friend Request.
