It's set at 1 but I'm averaging 2 lbs a week.0

4lbs...but I lose weight very quickly in the begining anyways, after a while I'll probably do just 2lbs per week.0

it should all depend on how much you have to lose, and what your body fat % is, and to a lesser degree, your BMI. the more you have to lose and the greater your Body fat % is, the more aggressive you can be with your weight loss. Keep in mind though, as you progress, you should adjust your goals, someone with 20 or 30 lbs to lose just can't lose weight at the same pace as someone with 70 or 80 lbs to lose. Nor should they try.0
