    Falisha, I'm on my android tonight but will try to cut and paste tomorrow. I just came from a Huge pot luck picnic...so if I got on the scale for a starting weight it wouldn't be too accurate. Can I post starting weight first thing in the morning. If not use 148 (that's 3 pounds below what the scale says tonight.
    I can believe how my weight can fluctuate from morning to night.
    BTW my goal is 135...so 13lbs. Lucky 13! ...Reduce group!
    Thanks for this!!! Fall is always the worst for me. I eat like a bear getting ready to hibernate. Then I do hibernate AKA stop exercising! The cold & the dark really get to me. Not this year ladies...

    I know my goal is a little high (as it comes out to about 2.5 lbs per week, which is hard to maintain for 15 weeks), however, I would LOVE to see my first Christmas then New Year's under 200 in...longer than I can remember. Plus, my 30th b-day is in early January too!

    I am SO so happy and fortunate to have found your post(s) in time! I definitely need to be held accountable for my actions (for better or worse) and I'm looking forward to seeing how much progress I can make in this newly-committed weight loss journey. My name is Jess and I have the uncanny ability to sabotage my weight loss efforts by seeing the numbers get lower on the scale and celebrate by eating chocolate. OR, I figure that since what I am doing is really starting to work...I stop using the food journal for a week or so (and usually eat chocolate). So, with that being said (and it was quite a bit!), here are my numbers:

    I tried to be realistic with my goal of 1 pound per week ... i understand my 'all or nothing' personality and I hope to keep plugging away at my weight loss instead of calling it quits when I don't reach an unrealistic goal (been there, done that... frequently). So I wish everyone good luck and could use a few more friends to keep me honest and on track! Thanks to you Falisha. I appreciate this invitation more than you might realize!
