If this doesn't motivate me I don't know what will!

Been eating a little out of control lately, especially since being in quarantine. Around April 10st, almost a month into being home, I decided it was time to get out and exercise so I finally changed out of my sweatpants. I was shocked to find myself barely squeezing into exercise clothes that used to fit great. Reluctantly weighed myself and no wonder nothing didn't fit, I had gained nearly 10lbs since I last weighed myself a month prior at around 127lbs. In shocked and in so much disbelief that I could have gained that much I started making excuses for myself like blaming the dryer for shrinking my clothes. Around then I knew that I needed to get an idea of how much I was actually eating so I started using the fitness pal app to track my food. Fast forward two weeks to today and I've gained even more, weighing in at 148lbs. Looking back at my food journal i can only say that I'm lucky to have only gained 10 additional lbs. When this started I was a grazer and never ate too much at once though I ate fairly often. This has turned into me just eating all day long. Now, I hardly even go without food for two hours. I start feeling like I need to eat not when I'm hungry or when my stomach growls but almost as soon as I no longer feel full. It's getting a bit out of control over here

Try drinking more water. I started structuring my day around a routine. Little goals I had to reach before I ate.

5-6 am wake up, hop on the scale.

    Pour 25 oz water.

Once I've finished my first I can have a second with Zeal (it is like an orange juice).

12-1 ish or whenever I finish my second 25 oz, I get lunch. It is my first meal of the day.

After I'm done, I drink another 25 oz, once that is done, I do my scheduled workout. I usually pour my last (4th water) before I'm done.

    6 pm dinner

7 pm finish my last water for a total of 100 oz.

I kid you not, simply having some kind of structure and drinking enough water keeps me full and stops my compulsive grazing lol
