Another noob

Hi everyone,

It has been at least 5 years since I lost lots of weight using this website - I had alot of exciting changes in that time, including completeing my PhD, buying my first house and getting my two beautiful dogs. My weight and health really did take a back seat - ooops! I now spend all day sitting around. And this has gotten worse with the lockdown situation. I cant find the motivation to do anything other than look after my dogs. I literally spend ages faffing over their healthy diet, exercise and traning .... whilst doing nothing for myself!

But now I am at the point where I feel so sedentary and unwell. I am heavier than I have ever been, everything aches and I just want to change. I think it needs to start with my diet as my energy levels are so bad that exercise seems like a mountain to climb.

If anyone wants to add me that would be great. I will try log in everyday and build up that habit.
