310 Shake help!

Decided to take the dive and try 310 shakes, I should be getting my bundle by Friday . I plan on using it for lunch replacement. I got chocolate and Mocha . Tell me what you add, what you do! Do you just do the powder plus milk or water? What do you add? Fruits ? Ice? Want to keep it under 250 calories total... help!?!?

I've never heard of 310 shakes before..who makes this product?0

When I want a smoothie, I use protein powder, spinach, and a fruit of some sort for some sweetness. Depending on what else I've had for the day, I will sometimes add some PB2, chia/flax seeds, and/or psyllium. These extras help me reach the macros I'm low on.

90 calories per serving..............that's not even close to being a meal.
I hope you're not paying a lot for these shakes because it looks like you need to add quite a bit.
15 gms of protein, not impressive. So add some of that. Full fat Greek yogurt.
5 gms fiber. Not sure the source. Some types of fiber give me stomach pains (inulin/chicory). Kale, chia, flax.
Doesn't mention fat (at 90 calories it's not likely a good source of fat). So definitely add some of that. Some vitamins are fat soluble. To get the benefit, you need to add fat. Nut butter or avocado.5 -
