Good morning. So, I started Day 1 of the app and am trying to figure out how to add it under exercise on MFP. I also have my fitbit synched but don't want to count double but do want to add my exercise in. How can I do this?

Log it using the appropriate running speed and duration but change the calories burned to 1 - your Fitbit will be recording your exercise (and activity) and synching that to MyFitnessPal so you don't want to count the calorie burn twice by logging here.
Or just make a note in the exercise diary if you aren't bothered about an update appearing in your feed.2 -
Thank you!
