Exercises for stomach fat after weight loss.

Hello!
I’ve lost about 3 stone or 42lbs so far. I feel great. I’ve had a history of lower back pain so I’m concentrating on core exercise at the same time as losing weight.
But....I still have loads of stomach and lower back fat. I’m 10lbs off my target weight.
I wonder if anyone can help with what I can do. Exercises concentrating on those areas maybe? Or more exercise generally to increase calorie burn?
Thanks for all your help!

You do realise you can't actually exercise fat?
It isn't contractile tissue like muscle, it's just an energy store.
And no exercising the muscles in certain parts of your body doesn't target the subcutaneous fat stored in those parts of your body.
Carry on with your calorie deficit and you will lose fat from all over your body, some from your problem areas and some from elsewhere - you don't get to choose where it comes off first or last.
Exercise should be for health, fitness and body composition - not for weight loss.
What exercise do you need to do for the rest of your life? What do you enjoy doing?5 -
I can tell you from my own experience that I needed to be significantly lighter than I had thought to achieve what I was looking for. I had a goal weight in mind like you when I started, and once I got there I realized it just wasn't enough. I am 6'4, I was 285lbs got down to 225 which was my target, and I would say I was another 10lbs away to trim, 20lbs away to shredded.2

As said , you can't target this or that bit of fat.
Carry on , you've lost a lot already !
Doing an exercise you don't mind is best, because you are more likely to do it.
I'm just getting into kettlebells - very good for core strength - see if you can adapt any KB exercise with items you already have around the home.1
