Using the calories tracker is pretty cool to show the #'s calories, protein, carbs, sugar etc. I do not think about the consequences of what I eat very often so this is helpful. I no longer want to run off a sugar diet pushed on me by corp. America, so I am going to do my best to stick with it for 3 months and re-evaluate.
