Staying the course

I have been trying to log in my diarycdaily. I am doing silver sneakers virtual exercise 2-4 times / week. I have worked to provide healthy choices to my husband. Dilemma......I am not losing weight. Any ideas?

    Are you in a calorie deficit? How much weight are you trying to lose? How long have you been trying to lose weight?

    @Hi Mimi12549 Hi Mimi! Have you created a calorie deficit of at least 500 calories? If not it will be difficult to lose weight unless you significantly increase the frequency or intensity of your exercise.

    Check out Pahla b fitness or Pahla Bowers on YouTube...she is amazing and has such great info on fitness/weight loss goals.
