Accountability and continued motivation welcome!

Greetings! I'm a 36 year old guy who is looking to lose about 45 pounds. My wife and I are trying to help each other lose weight. I'm looking for a group to motivate one another so that I can be a good example for my wife and help keep her motivated.

I'm at 191 pounds as of yesterday and want to lose about 45 pounds. My ideal weigh is 145 pounds. Feel free to comment and post your progress. I'll try to post my progress in here regularly and I'd welcome the company! 😄

    Super excited to see progress! I weighed today and was at 188. It’s been a little bit since I was under 190. Working to keep going down. It’s just motivating and encouraging to see movement in the right direction. 🎉

    I have 100+ lbs to lose. You can add me as a friend if you want. I'm trying to get healthy for myself, my kids and to motivate my husband who has diabetes to eat healthier! I would love more friends!

    Thanks for the comment! I totally understand where you’re coming from and way to go on your own commitment to get healthy! I have a couple of young boys. My wife and I decided that we need to get healthy as they need us to be active with them and set a good example for healthy living. Way to go on taking action!
