Losing steam so close to my goal-no sex drive no energy

I started my journey 72 days ago at 195lb and currently am down to 169. I probably cut my calories too low when I started but am now eating at least 23-2400 a day and am still losing weight. The issue is I'm losing all my energy. Some mornings even after a full nights sleep I feel like I haven't slept a wink. My sex drive is also non existent. Has anyone else had these issues? I'm eating clean. I get sleep. I do 3, 30 minute cardio sessions a week and do strength training 3x a week as well. I'm not complaining about my results. Just the negative side effects that I'm not even sure are related to it. I thought I'd be feeling better than I have in my entire life.

Also progress pics because I've never shared them with anyone before. First 1 is at 192 the 2nd is from this morning at 169

Are you eating enough fat? I find that low fat in my diet lowers my libido.

You've lost weight fairly rapidly. You need to consider eating more. You're also likely not getting enough fat.

Sleep and stress! When I workout so much and don't give my body enough rest - no sex is had. When I put too much stress on myself either about my body, work or social stress, I also don't feel like having sex.

For me, it's always too low of fat intake. Up your healthy fats and starches... like avacado's and sweet potatoes

That's a lot of weight loss fairly quickly. You may want to eat at maintenance for a couple of weeks.

Oh and honey. I eat pure honey 3 or 4 times a day :)

What about having your doc do blood tests to see what your Vitamin D, iron and B vitamin levels are. Deficiencies in those vitamins can cause the issues you mentioned.

Are you sure you're sleeping well? Just because you don't remember waking up doesn't mean you're getting quality sleep. The nerd in me has had a great time with the "Sleep Cycle" app. Lets you know what the quality of your sleep is as well as the hours in bed.

In spite of your awesome work in losing weight and improving your health, could you be overly stressed? Stress can wreak havoc with us, especially our mental state. You might be affected by work/family issues which seem relatively minor, but aren't in the way they affect you. Plus, when things pile on, it can be really, really tough.

This will pass, just continue to take care of yourself!

Possibly overtraining if you always have tough workouts? Maybe switch thing up and use lighter weights for a week and see if that helps? An extra rest day or two wouldn't hurt either.

I lost my libido while I was cutting my final time before I wanted to bulk. My fat intake was way too low I believe.

You might want to take a few maintenance days. And increase your fat intake in general.

Do you have a goal weight? As suggested, check your blood work, check fat intake. Maybe add some calories until you find your maintenance number. See how you like it.

At one point I messed up big time pursuing a number on the scale instead of fitness. At the place you are working, you only really know stuff by trial and error. But the lowest possible number on the scale is not always the best answer.

Do you have a goal for something? I think when you do the goal and even a small goal, you can feel the enjoyment of your life instantly. I'm doing it pretty often, like an example after big parties or a lot of alcohol. However, sometimes it won't help me if I want to get my gf happy in the bed, so I think it's better to buy Viagra that I tried once from Cheapest kamagra jelly online where is pretty good discounts. After taking viagra, I had great sex with a girl who I first tried it with, so you can try this like an option.

Hey, I'm studying hormones right now, and I would strongly recommend you work with a naturopathic doctor who specializes in hormones, to test your levels, and see if they're out of whack.

Yes, fat and protein are important for making hormones, but an imbalance could be more than diet. If you're "doing all the right things" I think this would be your best next step.

    Best wishes.

You’re pretty lean now bro, so you shouldn’t have more than like 250 calorie deficit. I know you said you’re eating like 2300-2400 calories which seems ok. Next I’d make sure you’re getting enough fat, which at your current weight I’d say to get minimum 67 grams (.4 times your body weight.) Nice job though man...good luck!
