    Eat within your daily calorie limit. Swap the fries for a veggie and watch your portions. Get some exercise - it could be as little as walking 30mins a day. Just something to get you up and moving. There are excellent free apps that do body weight workouts (you don’t need anything but yourself and the app) my personal favorite is fitify. YouTube has some wonderful free workouts as well that you can do at home.
