Do you use a digital food scale to weigh your food?

    Another vote for food scale.

Weigh and log everything, no skipping, cheating, or forgetting.

Most humans are terrible at eyeballing portions, and measuring cups aren’t that accurate. Labels on pre-packaged items can be off by 20%.

I haven’t been using the food scale. I guess I’m under estimating how many calories I’m taking in?

Most likely. It's the most common mistake that happens. The other 2 most common mistakes are over estimating exercise calories and using inaccurate database entries.
