Today I begin! I’ve always been so into carb counting - but I find myself back where I started...anybody have better results with simply calorie counting? If so, please share your thoughts!

    Yes.
    Lost 14 kgs in the last 3.5 months through a combination of extreme calorie defecit, moderate carbs,moderate fats, high protein. And 14.5 hours of intermittent fasting.

    No excercises. Also very sedentary cause of this lockdown.
