A nice round number, not too small, not too big. Let's see how long we can go at 2 kg/month.

Okay sorry about this, I've decided to do 3 kg a month for a while since I'm at that stage where I'm asking my girlfriend to delete some photos of me on her Instagram. I'll be dropping back to 2 kg a month later on though, I'll post here then.

I'm doing this, today I weighed 86.8 kg. I'm increasing my running by 1 minute. My eating will be "high" because I have a special meal.

86.5 kg, yesterday I ate slightly more than expected by about 700 KJ. Today I will increase my running by 1 minute again (I'm just beginning running). I'm pleased that my weight dropped today, although it is pretty random right at the start. Again, eating today is going to be "high".

86.6, spreadsheet trendline is 100 grams a day, so my eating is "high", and I ran one minute more than yesterday.

I lost weight today but I was dehydrated so it's hard to know what I really weighed. No exercise from now on for the next 10 weeks as it's a risk factor for catching the virus. I'm pretty sure that I can still lose 2 kg a month without exercise. One issue is I'll be limiting trips to the supermarket which means less frozen vegetables, more canned which means my weight will increase due to added salt. I ate 144 KJ above medium yesterday.

So I'm having trouble being in lockdown and living in a room full of food. I'll post my daily intake (ideally less than 6,000 kJ) and then slowly reduce it since I am pretty much not exercising due to the lockdown.
