has anyone every tried this and if so what were your results. im currently doing 30DS and am on day 2 of level 2 i am really enjoying doing this sometimes it will be done after a workout at the gym or on its own on day the i just havnt got itme for the gym..

id really like to know what people think of this or if she has any others that are 30 min or less workouts that have seen good results.

    Hi! I did this a few months ago and thought it was great. Level 1 had more static exercises, where level 2 had much more cardio along w/all the ab exercises. I loved level 2 better. It was so hard, but you really feel good about being able to finish it.

    The only thing I wasn't fond of was the way it was set up. You complete a bunch of exercises and then you repeat the whole thing again a little faster. It made the 1/2 hour seem a little longer to me because of the repetition. I like the shorter circuits of different exercises better (like on the one I'm doing now, No More Trouble Zones).

    Anyway, I would recommend it. I think it made a huge difference on my abs, and helped me learn some great moves to do on my own for this area. I can't give you "results", like a weight loss or measurements as I'm on maintenance and didn't document anything, but I FELT amazingly stronger and could see a huge difference in the way my abs looked in shirts (you know, it's flatter rather than rounded).

    Just wanted to tell you that Ripped in 30 is released on region 2 on 27th December according to Amazon UK. It's supposed to be better than 30DS, so I can't wait for that one.

    I have all the JM dvds which have been released on R2, except 6W6P! I have read some really good things about it though, and I'm planning on getting it soon. I did find the length of No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism a bit of a shock to the system after settling into a routine of doing 30DS for around 24 minutes a day (they're nearer 50 minutes)! I've only tried them both once and I've gone back to 30DS each time, but now the little darlings are back at school I'm hoping to do one or the other (or both) after this round of 30DS as I have a little more time.

    oh so its not out in the uk yet?? gutted. i use a xbox to play my dvds would it work in there if i bought one from ebay or amazon... i rather rubbish at technology.

    and robin im hoping to banish that belly asap its the only thing i have left to go

    oh right lol. thanks i shal purchace on pay day and the start it after the 30ds :) i will have a small frame by xmas
