Aloha, my name is Lina.
i have done my fitness pal before but I fall of track.
I have been overweight my entire life and I get off track so easily.. but now I am at the highest weight of my life.
Looking for motivation to stay on track this time!
My starting weight : 201 lbs
My height : 5’9
Putting my current photos and stats out here so that I have to be held accountable.
I am ready to become a healthier weight!

If using app tap on user name and then again in a new window till you see little blue icon of a user with a plus.
If PC same thing you click on a user name till you get to his/her page and then there will be an add button.1 -
You can do this. We all fall back now and then. I fall apart all the time. Calories are best managed over a week. If you screw up, just make up for it over the next 7 days.1
