I love following work outs on youtube and right now my favourite youtube fitness channel is 'Tone It Up'.

They did a really great work out for Self magazine here:

And whenever I do it I always end up sweating loads and collapsing out of breath, it really works you out hard!

So I was wondering if anyone else has found any great fitness channels or fitness videos that they work out to at home?
