Waitressing to office transition.

Hello, I am Natalie and I used to work as a waitress during my MSc studies. When that was done I found an office job and the transition from running around like crazy 8-12 hours per day to sitting down all day took a toll on my body. 1,5 year later and 15kg or 33pounds heavier I am trying to use the "work from home" to build healthy habits that will stick around. I could use some support and motivation.

Hi
It’s a big change going from a very active occupation to a desk job, I’d bet you could eat pretty much anything and not put on any weight back then. Have a play with some foods and recipes that are high volume but relatively low in calories. I find I’m more creative with my food and spices when I’ve only got a limited number of calories to play with1 -
Welcome! I'm also a server and since being out of work due to Covid I am sure that I have gained at least ten pounds. It's ridiculous. So I feel ya for sure!2
