I’ve been struggling with my weight loss for the past month or so with the number on the scale just not going down. It’s been very discouraging. But today I was looking at some progress pics and it really helped me remember how far I’ve come. So I’m posting a success story because even though I’ve felt like a failure all month, I still have so much to be proud of!

    You look great!! During my weight loss journey, I went through plateaus. They suck, I know. It took me an entire year to lose the last stubborn 20 pounds. I hated it, but I continued my habits and slowly got there.

    Try to just keep on keeping on. You’ll get there, too!! :)
