Day two! all the exercise's and bush(wo)man's DONE. I had to look up the 21's on utube. lol. I was so out of breath! well worth it! drank all my water too! My thigh's hurt! I logged in day one on the your personal message board. Bring on day three!!!!! GO TEAM!!!!0

All done....day 3....did have to stop after every 25, and my global jumps were very weak but on and upwards.
water drank, and food diary complete. am going do atempt a run tomorrow..well slow jog...catch up tomorrow,

2 sets lawnmowers
2 sets tricep kickbacks
2 sets shoulder shrugs
14 glasses of water and under my calories for the day0 -
OMG!!! day three. all done with exercises and bushman.....didn't make the water part almost but still not enough. I am sore and am soooooooo thankfut tomorrow is rest day. The globe jumps kicked my butt. was under the calories yay!!!0

Thanks for the update! Did you happen to do the bonus bear walk for 3 minutes?
It'll start feeling better soon, I promise! The first week or so is the toughest and then your body starts getting adjusted to it. :flowerforyou:0 -

Day 1 and 2 done in 30 minutes (had a ferret explosion to clean up mid exercises!!... my life is so glamourous)
50 squat kicks
50 JJ's
50 crunches
50 mountain climbers
50 wood chops
50 globe jumps
2 sets 15 swimmers press (I hate these)
2 sets 15 21's
2 sets 15 flys
2 sets 15 lawnmowers
2 sets 15 tricep kickbacks
2 sets shoulder shrugs!
DONE!!
What day are we reporting weigh in - is it Sunday night / Monday morning like August?

Uhhhhhhh...semi-serious. Jumping is an issue, but do-able. Jogging/running is no longer something that I can do. Lots of ice packs, lots of rest. Honestly, it wears me out. I walked around my church as little as I could and I'm home and exhausted after only a couple of hours of activity. It doesn't help that I haven't gotten my scripts filled. I would probably be less tired from limping had I been a little smarter about that.
I'm still not letting it stop me!!! I have to modify exercises to fit my ability, however this is a mere circumstance that will not rob me of my joy and willingness to continue with my journey!!0 -
