I like a mix of all three. Except I don't go quite as hard as you do. I only do level 3 on elliptical for 20 minutes, medium same level biking on my cycle ops trainer for 20 minutes, then 20 minutes 3.5mph / 3.5 incline walking on treadmill for 20 minutes.0

I have a cross trainer ( I think that's the same as an eliptical) but it's very good its a Nordic Track. Not massively expensive but one of the best I have found. Some are pretty useless and don't have a great range of motion. I do 30 mins on that, starting at level 6, then going up to level 8 and finally 10 and then back down. I burn 500 calories in the half hour. I have now tried reaching calorie goals rather than amount of minutes as I find that more motivational. If you are on it for 30 minutes and you are not sweating it's a machine that's not doing it's job. I'm sweating after 5-10 minutes.
I found a bike the least calorie burning.
I'm starting to think about doing some strength training too as that is supposed to be great for burning fat.
Good luck finding a good exercise for you!0 -
i am fortunate enough to have access to all 3 at home. i burn the most on the elliptical. i do level 5 or 6 and how long depends on the day and how much time i have or how much i need to burn. have gone as long as 60minutes and burned around 700cal. but my susal is 400-500 in 30-40min. i use the stationary bike when i'm in a hurry and just want to get a quick burn in. i generally burn 200 in about 20-25minutes. problem i have with the treadmill l is that i fall asleep from boredom 5 minutes in and therefore burn very few calories!!0

I do all three to cross train. I used to run very regularly, but got out of it, now I'm getting back to running. I use the elliptical and bike to cross train for my cardio. I'm adding in weights to the mix too starting this week.0
