28M on a big losing kick (accountability buddy?)

was 240 at my biggest, lost quite a bit since my height at now a 197, trying to get to my goal of somewhere between 180 soaking wet

my goal since i’ve started
10k step’s a day no matter what even if a slow walk
<1800 cals of food per day (with good nutrition)
16+ hrs of fasting daily
