I love chocolate it’s bad. Can I get some tips for healthy snacks.

    If you’re looking for an alternative to chocolate 🍫 there really isn’t any. You can try chocolate that’s 60% cocoa which is much better because it’s less sugar. Otherwise fruit like red seedless grapes 🍇 are good at about 3 calories per grape. Orange slices are good. In a pinch 🤏 sugar-free Jello pudding(instant or the kind you cook) is a good chocolate crave busting snack. Mom-sweet healthy snacks such as raw veggies and hummus is an old standard as well as air popped or microwave popcorn 🍿. Hope that helps.

    I eat 70% dark chocolate almost daily (Prana brand). It's fine if you like it and you're still in a caloric deficit while meeting your other micronutrient needs 🤷🏿‍♀️🍫

    I try to do fruit, veggies, protein. Sliced apple, froz banana in a protein shake, Greek yogurt, I eat salad or cooked vegetables with meat or egg for lunch.
